Anxiety

ANXIETY

Anxious is always the one on the edge of his seat. His eyes pop out of his head, and he shakes like a chihuahua. As I stand backstage ready for a dance performance Anxious is always there to haunt me. He sends butterflies to my stomach to make me nervous, and thoughts to my mind to make me scared. No matter what patience does He just can’t calm anxious down!
Anxious is always waiting for his time to come. He sits on my bed and waits impatiently waits for me to lie down at night. Once I am trying to fall asleep he makes noise, shadows, and more! He does what he can to keep me awake, and I get angry, frustrated, and then I to am anxious to fall asleep.
Anxious can ruin lives! He never seems to learn that he should go slow and enjoy life. He speeds forward, and never stops to smell the flowers. He never leaves time for him to relax, and feel the happiness of that break he has. One thing Anxious can never do, is slow down.
Anxious is always on the edge of his seat. He is always tapping his foot, shaking his head, and never getting patient. He needs to find a way to calm down, and smell the flowers as he walks by. He keeps me awake at night, and all I can do is wish to fall asleep. Anxious is an impatient person.
